Excellent Service! My husband, myself, and our 3 children stayed and had a fabulous time. They have the convenience of the trolley to avoid driving, rooms are very clean and inviting, and Linda and Tim are superb hosts. Very helpful w/directions and discounts for Great Escape. Very pleasant atmosphere and we will be returning for many years to come!!!

Amazing Family Experience! The Fran Cove offers everything you look for in a motel, great accommodations at an amazing price. I have stayed there with my family for over 10 years now and I would never stay anywhere else in the Lake George Area. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the location of the motel is perfect. If you are traveling with your kids there is no better place, with plenty of activities for them to enjoy on the premises. An all-around great motel.

Great people, and prices. Fran Cove is without a doubt the best deal in the Lake George area. The staff are great, the rooms are nice, and clean, the grounds are picturesque, and the prices are about the best I've found anywhere. If Fran Cove is open, I won't stay anywhere else! My kids love the playground and pool, the wife and I like the BBQ grills which allow us to save cash on meals, and have good quality time with the kids.

Good Value/Clean. The Fran Cove is a clean motel in a quiet area. Their prices are reasonable. There are no surprises; you do get what you would expect. You will not be overwhelmed, but you will not be disappointed.

Fran Cove is my absolute first choice when I am looking for a room in the Lake George area. Although they are one of the least expensive places to stay in the area, you definitely get more than you pay for here! I have stayed at Fran Cove many times over the years, and every stay has been good. The rooms are nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. There are chairs in front of the rooms so you can relax outside. They have a playground, in ground pool, and barbecue grills, picnic tables, a vending area complete with a microwave, free coffee in the morning, and even a place to have an outdoor fire. The rooms all have a refrigerator, color cable TV, and phones with room to room calling, and free local calling (great for ordering that pizza when you are just too tired to drive back into the village). The Trolley stops at Fran Cove, so you can go into the village without worrying about parking, and they are even close enough to walk to the village if you wanted to. You aren't going to find a nicer room for the price, and you won't find nicer people anywhere at any price. My most recent stay was for two full weeks during the summer of 2005. Tim came through with the perfect room, at a great price. I promise you won't find a better room at their prices anywhere in the village, I know, I've tried most of them!
